EVALUATION

Part 1Brief

THE BRIEF

To produce a title sequence/opening of a new film.

TRAPPED IN LOVE

Our created film has been called 'Trapped in Love' as the words trapped and love give of two genres, which are thriller and romance. The reason for our film getting this name was to give the literal meaning of it, which Leila is in love with Danny but he traps her. I believe that this name is rather suitable towards our film as it explains the whole film in three words.

In our title sequence we see how Danny and Leila get to know each other. During the scenes we get to see a murdered girl lying on the floor with bruises and cuts, tied to the floor. We then get the idea that Danny is the murderer as he has a picture taken with the dead girl, Laura. We then get lots of shots showing us Danny moving into a new house. A view of Leila is also available, which is seen when Danny walks up to her and chats her up. He then, in the evening knocks on her door, as his electricity is not working.

The sub-genre of the film is mystery thriller. This genre is introduced to the audience straight away as bright images appear on the screen, attracting the audience to viewing a dead girl. The main settings of the scenes of Danny are rather dark and his face is mostly cropped out, showing that he is an unpleasant person. The mentioned scenes and lighting of Danny let the audience know that something bad is going to come Leila's way, as he enters her house.

EVALUATION

Part 2Who would be the audience for your product?

The target audience of 'Trapped in Love' should mainly start from the age of 16. This is because it involves disturbing images/scenes, which may affect people under 16 years of age. This film would be a great way to show the young generation how growing up is not easy and that they should look after themselves and stay away from strangers. The age chosen is a good age for attraction to seeing this film; this is because relationships start to build at roughly 16 years of age. Also, it should easily attract both genders as it includes romance as well as unpleasant scenes, thriller.

Pre-production research would not be an issue or needed, this is because I have just turned 17 and I enjoy romance films more than thriller. However, if I was to go on a date, my partner would not want to watch a romance film and he would rather watch a thriller. Therefore, the romance used in our thriller is a fact that both genders would be attracted. My friends are also the same age as me, and during sleepovers the boys would choose a thriller over romance and the girls would choose the opposite. This once again proves the point of both genres being attracted to our film.

EVALUATION

Part 3What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

20th Century Fox would be a great institution for our film to be distributed by. This is because people own it from America; this means that it is famous and rich as it is from USA. USA is a big country and rather rich, so this lets me know that it would not let us down and more people would attend the cinemas to watch our film. Also, 20th Century Fox has distributed many famous and great films.

We have looked at two films, which are the same genre as well as the narratives are very similar to our narrative. However, I am not sure weather they have been distributed by the 20th Century Fox. The two films we have looked at were 'Pacific Heights' and 'Fatal Attraction'. Pacific heights involve an aggressive person who causes trouble to the family of Goodman’s and ends up being violent towards them. Fatal Attraction also includes a mental woman who starts of with sleeping with a man of two children. The man thinks that it was a one-night stand, where the lady does not understand the meaning of no. And therefore, she threatens to hurt his family, as he does not want to build a relationship with her. These two films are very similar to 'Trapped in Love' as they both include violent people, which at first seem friendly and nice.

EVALUATION

Part 4 In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?

The narrative of our film starts of with a new friendship, building into a relationship. It all begins as a lovely love story, which leads to a violent, disturbing, and unpleasant life style of two young adults.

The genre of the film is introduced to the audience when the first images are seen on the screen of a young woman’s dead body, which has some unpleasant views of her bruises and cuts.

The introduction camera angles and shots show every detail of the girls body. Starting of by a bird’s eye view, to see the state of the dead girl, leading to close ups of the main features, like cuts and bruises. The shots change to cropped mid shots hiding part of Danny's identity and most of the shots being dark. This shows the mysterious and the unpleasant side of Danny. As Leila is seen the shots change to long shots, as she has nothing to hide. As Leila walks towards home, the long shots switch to point of view showing what Leila sees. Danny appears, and this is the first time that Leila as well as the audience get to meet Danny face to face. As Leila and Danny begin to talk point of view switches to a long shot showing both of their identities. A time laps has been added as they leave, showing the time changing from daytime to nighttime. As it is nighttime the mystery takes over as a knock on the door is not only heard but also seen. We do not get to see the identity of the visitor, which may give us an idea of it being Danny. The last shot that has been included is over the shoulder shot, hiding the identity of Danny and completely revealing the identity of Leila.

The editing starts of with a white flash added to the photographs which makes them appear rather effectively as the brightness is an easy way to attract some ones attention. Cross dissolve has been used in every shot, which lets the title sequence flow without pauses. A Split screen has been used to make the car unlocking look realistic. We had to play around with the lighting using final cut pro for the scenes to fit in, as it got darker outside while filming.

The main sound of the title sequence is non-diegetic. We have chosen an instrumental from Eminem ft. Rihanna - I love the way you lie part 2 as the song is about how a boy lies to a girl, which is relevant to ‘trapped in love’ as Danny pretends to like Leila to get closer to her. Also, the music is very powerful, as a violin and a piano have been used. These two instruments create a sad theme to the audience. A sound effect of a camera has been used; this is to create a crime scene effect to the audience. These sounds are the most important as they both create great themes and moods to the audience. Some diegetic sound has been used to make the audience feel like they are part of the film.

Dark lighting has been used to create the mystery as well as tension towards Danny. Bright and wide shots have been used to represent a normal young lady, Leila, with no secrets and no mysteries. I believe that the lighting has done its job and worked rather well, by getting the themes across to the audience.

We have decided to keep the typography rather simple to keep the main focus on the title sequence it's self.

EVALUATION

Part 5How does your media product represent particular social groups?

While making the film no stereotypes were aimed at anyone. However, looking back at it, Leila looks like a stereotyped young woman. One of the main reasons may be for her being easy going. She would be classed as a typical young woman as she is the type to fall in love quickly, which means that she is not likely to notice the unpleasant behavior of Danny. Also, she invites a stranger to come to her house at night time as his electricity is not working; this may represent young women as not so clever who cannot look after themselves.

The camera shots used are mostly wide shots and very bright lighting has been used. This lets the audience view her whole identity easily which shows that she has nothing to hide. This may be a good thing towards showing the audience that she is the good character, but maybe she has revealed too much towards the pupils living in her area/world. As she is easy to study anything bad could come her way.

The editing towards Leila has not affected the stereotype of her, as most of the editing is the same throughout the whole sequence.

The sound has also not given an affect towards Leila and the stereotypes as the sounds used are suitable for both Danny and Leila. However, the main instrumental track is an R&B song which may relate to young women once more as this is the type of music that most young women are most likely to listen to.

Not only the camera work, the sound and the editing give away the stereotype of Leila. Her appearance through clothes also gives away a lot, as she wants to impress somebody. This is viewed by her wearing a designer bag as well as high boots. The appearance through clothing links to stereotypes as most young women are likely to dress to impress.

I would not say that Danny has been represented as any youth from London, not for what he is. However, as he wears a hood and he is violent this may be what some people see young male adults to be like. Also the dark shots create a dark and an unpleasant side of Danny which may create a bad stereotype towards young men. This was not part of the aim, but looking back at our title sequence the stereotype appears towards Danny. He has been represented in a rather bad way, for the reason of him being violent. Also the way Danny talks is heard a lot in London which some people may refer to the pupils that actually use this type of language and get an idea of young male adults being violent and unpleasant. The identity is not just hidden by Danny’s hood, but it is also hidden by the shots used, which crop parts of him out most of the times. He keeps the conversation short between him and Leila, which may mean that he does not want anyone to know a lot about him.

EVALUATION

Part 6How did you attract/address your audience?

Starting the film of with some disturbing images of a dead young woman has attracted our target audience. This is a good attraction towards teenagers as it is not seen a lot in real life and is a shocking view to be looking at. I believe that we have reached our target audience due to the different characters involved and how they have been presented to the audience. This is because our audience gets to see an average girl and a different boy to an average, showing them the range of people that live in this world, and the varieties of different natures of different people. While planning our production the first dialogue is one of the included things that appeals to our chosen audience. It includes the accent of a younger London generation coming from the male and the female being girly.

Looking at the feedback from the target audience is very easily seen that the target audience is the age that we have chosen to target it to. This is seen by the way they write as well as the younger London generation accent/slang being used. The feedback given appeals a lot to our audience as the fact of them finding it successful proves that the chosen target audience is correct.

Two people have mentioned how the time lapse has worked successfully, which is rather pleasing, as something natural has attracted the teenagers. Also, as some people have watched this title sequence with me, they have made a few comments on the very start of the title sequence, saying how the photos at the very beginning accompanied with the sound work rather well together. Also others have said that the white flashes are rather eye catchy and make you want to see more. All of these positive comments make me believe that the target audience age range has been correctly chosen.

A girl has said that Leila invites Danny too soon as well as Danny speaks to Leila too soon. She also said that there is no sound at the very end dialogue. However, Danny wants to get to know Leila extremely quick for him to get closer to her and do what he does best, torture people. Leila being a nice neighbor offers some help if any is needed. At the very end of the title sequence there is no speech for the audience to want to find out what the talk was all about and keep watching the film.

Somebody said that the only thing that gets in the way of our title sequence being less successful is the wind noises, however I personally think that this diegetic sound works rather well with the title sequence as you can tell what the weather is outside and make yourself feel like you are part of the movie.

The work could be improved by using a much better quality camera for the shots to be clearer. Also, the dialogue could be improved by recording it indoors and over righting it on top of the video, as it is not that clear. Maybe more places could be used for filming as only one road has been used. For the pan right shot the car could have driven over hills and a long shot could have been included to show that Danny is really moving from far away.

EVALUATION

Part 7What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

At the start of the year iMovie has been used to create a continuity sequence. I have found it rather helpful as I have had ideas and knowledge how it has to be used. However, a suggestion has appeared from a few teachers of using Final Cut Pro as it includes many more effects to create a perfect piece. For me being a beginner on Final Cut Pro was very difficult, however, as I asked for help I have gained a few main skills of how to work it. As I got better at it the decision was to use Final Cut Pro throughout the whole process of editing, this was mainly because as we were told before it has so many more effects.

To upload the footage onto a MAC we have chosen to keep using iMovie, this is only because it was the easiest way for uploading. As that has been done, the whole editing took process on Final Cut Pro.

The most successful uses of the new technology were that we could include an affect cross dissolve in between our shots which has made our whole title sequence flow with no pauses. Another helpful effect that we have included was the flashing when the photographs popped up on the screen. This is because it is a great effect to catch people’s attention due to the fact of it being very bright.

The fact of the diegetic and the non-diegetic sounds being heard at the same time was very helpful as when the dialogue begins the quiet music has given the whole scene a romantic and a mysterious mood. Also the fact of being able to change the volume of the music has also been very successful as le louder the music gets from a quiet track, the more tension has been built up.

The only problems we had with our first video were that as we have made some of the shots lighter, the quality of the footage has went down and it was not very clear.

I have learnt everything that has been included in the title sequence as due to this project, Final Cut Pro was introduced to me for the first time.

EVALUATION

Part 8Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

Overall the most successful part about my preliminary task was certainly using digital technology, meaning the help of Final Cut Pro. Without this program the whole title sequence would have looked rather plain and boring, as no good effects can be found on something simple, such as iMovie . The most successful part of the use of Final Cut Pro was the flashes and the included sound effects, meaning the flashes at the very beginning of our title sequence. This is mainly because it is very eye catchy as it is very bright, which makes the audience want to watch more.

Researching into Fatal Attraction as well as Pacific Heights was rather successful as it has helped us with the making of our title sequence, and getting an idea of what shots may be included. Also the story narratives have improved our thoughts of how our title sequence could start and it has worked successfully.

The less successful things that took part in our title sequence were the video cameras, this is because they have caught the sounds that were unneeded such as the wind, which has caused problems towards hearing the dialogue. However, this problem has been fixed by re filming the dialogue scenes in better weather conditions.

SOUND AND MUSIC

We have decided that mostly diegetic sound should be used for the audience to understand what is going on as well as it would make them feel that they are part of the film. So, diegetic sound such as the car going and any other background sound should not be edited out of the sequence. However, some shots include rough sounds which are not suitable for the sequence. This makes us include non - diegetic sound. The non - diegetic sound should be spooky/scary as it should create the mysterious look towards Danny and part of it should create tension.

This is a guitar instrumental of Jason Mraz - I'm yours. We thought that it would be rather suitable as it does not give away the fact of Danny being violent, making it look like a love story. However, it does not create tension which would not be very suitable for a thriller. We have also looked at the same instrumental but played by a piano as we thought if it was played by a different instrument it would sound much different, however it was more softer than we thought it would be.

This we believe that is rather suitable for the video as it includes some hard notes, also the lyrics of this song are ' I love the way you lie' even though the lyrics are not included we are still able to understand by listening to the music. The lyrics 'I love the way you lie' go very well with the film, this is because Danny pretends to be in love with Leila, but ends up hurting her.

We have decided to go through other instrumentals of this song and find the best one and we have found that this instrumental not only includes a piano but a violin too, 1:30 onwards. This may be the part that is most suitable for our video. This instrumental has been played much softer, even though it is soft it still creates that mysterious effect.

COSTUME

NEW DANNY : A mysterious look needs to be created by unique clothes and other props. Also if the body is more covered this may create a bigger mysterious look, as if the person may be hiding something under the clothes, such as the fact of them being violent.

- Tattoos,
- Piercings,
- A hat,
- Trousers,
- Top,
- Shirt,
- Body warmer,
- Trainers.

LEILA : Leilas image does not change as she is just an ordinary girl, so anything casual can be worn.

NEW FILMING

We have set our selves a saturday to do all of our filming, as we had the saturday free. The process of filming went very well and we have nearly finished filming every scene. However, it took us a few shots for the dialogue as Paula, me, could not get the words right as I was rather nervous and I do not normally do acting. Even though we got everything perfect in the end, we have found the wind making it hard for the audience to hear what leila and Danny were saying while we were editing all the sequences together. This means that the dialogue scenes need to be re-shot. Also one of the shots includes a tiny amount of light which makes it hard for the audience to see Leila, this mistake can be easily fixed by turning on the light behind Leila as she opens the door. To improve the sound we have to either choose a calm day or use something to shield the camera and the two characters from the wind getting in the way.

NEW SETTING AND LOCATIONS

LOCATIONS: Downe Close, Paulas House (Door way, Living room, Bedroom)

Downe Close : this is just a road that we have decided to use as Paula,I, live there so it was an easy option. As we have shot our title sequence from different types of shots, we could make the location look as it is a different location for the old house of Danny and the new road of where Danny and Leila live.

Door way: A door way has been used to show where Leila lives, when Danny visits her for help.

Living room: the living room had a great amount of light which had made the images of the dead body rather bright and beautiful.

Bedroom: Me bedroom was used randomly as we needed an indoor place for Danny to put his photo   album in his bag.

NEW STORY BOARDS

TIME: 83 Secs/ 1min 23 secs

NEW CHARACTERS

LIAM FLETCHER PLAYING DANNY
We have decided to use Liam as Danny, as he looks unique. This means that he has a different style to everybody else. The fact of him being unique may mean that he could do different things than other people. In this case, he would be a violent person with a mental illness. However, his tattoos and clothing hide everything away as people would be more focused on his appearance.

LAURA POUND
This is another character that has been involved in our film/title sequence. Laura does not play any parts in our movie but is also a victim as seen in the images below. We have chosen Laura to be one of the victims as she is also an ordinary young girl just getting on with her life, and she does not look suspicious or any different from other ordinary girls.

IMAGES FOR THE TITLE SEQUENCE

These images look rather good as they look very realistic. This is due to the make up, props and costume. The angles that these images are shot form work rather well as most detail is captured. However not all of these can be chosen, and this leaves us to choose the best shots for the main things to stand out, such as the cuts, bruises and the tape. We are able to choose about 5 images which is a good choice as a lot can be noticed from the 5 images. The shots of Laura and Danny have worked very well as it can be identified that he has hurt her as he does not look upset. Also it looks like he has taken the photo by himself which makes the audience think that no one was there with him. The angle it has been taken from includes his arm which makes it look like he took the picture on his own even though the picture was taken by me, Paula.

FEEDBACK, 02/02/2011

On wednesday three groups out of five got to show their title sequences for feedback from the class and the teacher. As our title sequence was viewed by others we were told that it is rather confusing, as they did not know what was going on. The improvements that need to be made are; improving shots for better views, include new shots for more details. Also the lighting should be viewed at differently, to see if the shots work better with the lighting or without. Going back into it would take a lot of time, so, as we do not have much time left we have decided to make a new title sequence based on the same story. Which means that the story boards have to be different as well as the shots. Also we are considering of changing people, as Danny's character has to look a bit more evil/violent.

FILMING

Today we have finished all of the filming that had to be filmed. The scenes filmed were 2,3,5,7,9,11,13,14,16,18 and 20. The filming has came out rather successful but a few things have been changed due to the fact of it being dark. Scene 2 had to change from zooming in to viewing Leila to a light switching on and seeing Leila in the window. This idea has worked much better, as the hole focus goes on the window as it is the only bright light that appears. Not a lot of difficulties have been faced while filming, except from the camera running out of battery which has made us use the lead at the same time of filming and charging. Also as we had to go outside and film, it started raining a bit, which meant that we had to hurry up as we did not want the camera to get wet just in case it broke. Overall everything has came out the way we wanted it to.

MUSIC

ONE REPUBLIC - APOLOGIZE piano instrumental

As we we're told by our teacher that we are allowed to use any song as long as it is played by us, we have thought of using piano music which includes different notes in it creating different moods. 'Too late to apologize' would be a great tune to play as every note makes me personally get different feelings. I am very sensible towards pianos and I love them being played, they give of romantic and passionate feelings towards me, as well as creepy and mysterious feelings can be earned. These feelings should be created towards the audience to understand/get an idea of what the film is/may be about.

YIRUMA - A RIVER FLOWS IN YOU piano instrumental

We have also looked at 'Yiruma- A river flows in you' this we have thought is too emotional and it gets rather boring after a while as every note is rather high and similar. This tune does not involve any creepy notes in it and therefore it would not let the audience know what the film is/may be about.

More Music

As I was walking home on 14/01/2011, friday I was listening to quite a few songs. As I was listening to them I have noticed that drums, pianos and guitars go well together and therefore our group could use these instruments for our title sequence. The title sequence could start of with a piano and the guitar/drums playing and go up until the name of the film comes up. This should create quite a freaky and miserable effect. After the film name comes up the music should change to just a piano as the two characters, Danny and Leila, meet after the title of the film comes up. The piano could represent the relationship which could/will be taken further through out the film.

Analysis of contemporary titles/opening vs. older titles/opening

PSYCHO
OLDER TITLES/OPENINGS

Psycho title sequence has been made by Saul Bass in 1960s. It starts of by only text and lines coming across from every way possible. The text splits in the middle by a line going across which is very simple but looks very interesting as it is different. After the titles have been shown, an image of a city appears. The camera pans right and keeps going, while the camera shows the audience the whole city white text appears in the middle of the screen, which tells the audience the date and the time of the film. The title sequence ends by the camera zooming completely into a house and then a half way open window. This title sequence is very simple as not a lot is going on. The colors have been chosen correctly as they do not hurt your eyes. As the lines keep coming on and of the screen the music is rather fact and goes with the name of the film 'Psycho'. As the city appears diegetic sound is used, which means the music has been turned of and the sound of the city has been left on.

(I COULD NOT FIND THE TITLE SEQUENCE ON YOUTUBE AND THEREFORE I CANNOT UPLOAD IT)

SALT
CONTEMPORARY
TITLES/OPENINGS
The title sequence starts of by white credits coming up on a black screen while the sound is of a man talking. As the credits dissapear the sound of chains is heard. Then from the black screen a door/lid opens and a squeek is heard. Two men are then seen from point of view, the point of view changes to what the men see and the audience get introduced to the main character Evelyn Salt. The first impression of her is not very nice as her face is bloody and she is rather dirty, locked up. The fact of diegetic sounds being used from the very start of the title sequence is a very interesting and a good idea. This lets the audience wonder what may be going on. This is a very different type of title sequence compared to 'Psycho' as the music has been used very differently and 'Salt' is much more simple, also as easily seen 'Psycho' is in black and white and 'Salt' is in colour, this shows us the improvements from the past 51 years.

(I COULD NOT FIND THE TITLE SEQUENCE ON YOUTUBE AND THEREFORE I CANNOT UPLOAD IT)

SETTING AND LOCATION

AS WE HAVE STARTED FILMING THE LOCATIONS USED WERE: A DARK SHED, PAULAS LIVING ROOM AND A PATH WAY SURROUNDED BY TREES.

WHY THESE LOCATIONS?

SHED : the shed has been used as a location as it is full of lots of different things which represent the fact    of Danny being a violent youth. This is represented by the fact that he may need all these things for his evil and violent plans to work.
LIVING ROOM : Only a part of the living room has been used and it is hardly visible, this is because extreme close ups have been used. We, as a group have decided to film in a living room as it was very cold outside/in the shed, so as the living room is bright we have turned of the lighting which has made it look dull and unpleasant. As close ups were being used you could not tell where Danny is based at.
PATH WAY: we have used the path way for Dannys and Leilas meeting, this is because people use path ways to get to places. Also the trees as well as the dark have given of a mysterious and dull effect creating hidden identity, these effects go very well with the title sequence as it is a romantic moment where they meet but also the mysterious side of the film is shown but cannot be revealed that easily.

THE LOCATIONS THAT NEED TO BE USED LATER IN THE FILMING ARE IN PAULAS HOME. THIS IS BECAUSE IN THE TITLE SEQUENCE WE GET TO SEE WHERE LEILA LIVES AND THE HOUSE SHOULD LOOK HOMELY ASWELL AS SUITABLE FOR LEILA. THE AREAS THAT NEED TO BE USED FOR FILMING ARE: PAULAS HOUSE FROM THE FRONT (TO ZOOM IN THE WINDOW), PAULAS BEDROOM, PAULAS DOOR WAY. THE OUTSIDE SCENES CAN BE FILMED ANYWHERE WHERE THERE IS A PATH. EXTREME CLOSE UPS CAN BE ALSO FILMED ANYWHERE AS THE BACKGROUND CANNOT BE SEEN.

WHY THERE LOCATIONS?

HOUSE FROM THE FRONT : this would be so the camera can zoom in from outside into the window, which shows the audience Leila opening the curtains.
PAULAS BEDROOM: this is so the audience can view where Leila lives, and is a good location as it is a bedroom of a girl.
PAULAS DOOR WAY: most of the scenes showing us Leila getting ready are in the corridor, Paula's corridor is very bright and therefore it should show the fact of Leila being a normal innocent girl.
OUTSIDE: this would show that Leila has left the house and is walking to somewhere.
ANYWHERE: the reason of being able to film the extreme closeups anywhere is because the background cannot be seen, and therefore the audience will not know where the scenes are happening.

CAMERA ACTION

7th January, 2011 I, Courtney Cox and Sean Simmons have been filming a few scenes which Sean Simmons, Danny, is included in. The scenes that we have filmed were 4,6,8,10,12,14,17,19,21,22,23,24,25.

As we have filmed the scenes 4,6,8,10,12 and14 it started to get dark. This we thought would have been an issue for our outside filming. However, as we were in the process of filming scenes17,19,21,22,23,24 and 25 we did not struggle as much as the street lights were on. Also, the fact of it being dark was even better to show the genre of thriller. As we were filming the point of view from Danny, Sean Simmons, the car lights behind and in front of Leila, Paula Pleckauskaite, have hidden her face but we were still able to see that the person walking towards Danny was a female. This effect did not please us while filming, but as we have filmed with this problem we have found it to be rather interesting as the light had made the girl look like a bright star which may mean that she is the good character from the film. Also the identity hidden by the light gives of a mysterious effect.

The darkness problem was a huge problem towards one of our scenes which could not be filmed as wanted. This was because scene 21 was supposed to be filmed on a field, this filming was impossible as it was too dark and therefore we had to change the location. This location was near a road and it had worked rather well, this is because the trees and the lighting have given it a dark, dull and a mysterious effect towards Danny.

Another issue was, that it was cold and wet outside, this did not let us take our time with the filming as much as we could have, as it was hard to focus. However, even though we had problems while filming all of the scenes have came out the way we wanted them to come out, which had made us very pleased.

Some scenes were filmed twice just incase one of them went wrong, this was a good move as we have a choice of what to choose instead of sticking to one which may be a bad shot/scene. We have went along with our story board but some of the timing may be a bit different by 1 or 2 seconds. Overall the filming went successfully and we had fun while filming.

Music

The music for our title sequence should be rather calm. The calm music is to keep the audience laid back not letting them know that bad things will happen in the film. The calm music may include musical instruments such as guitars and pianos, this is because these instruments can be played rather quietly and calmly. A piano should work better than a guitar as it is capable to make people emotional, this may also reveal the fact of the romantic side of the film which starts of the film. The music has to be non copy righted and therefore it should be searched and found on www.google.com which will lead us to finding other websites that could help us by giving us a variety of choices in music.
